The perfect mix of style and comfort, the Melaleuca was a must-have addition to our range of pre-designed modular homes. 

The Design
With the central living zone being light-filled and spacious, you will be able to take advantage of views and raked ceilings as an optional extra.

The popular gable façade allows for large feature windows at the front of the home providing a welcoming entrance with stunning street appeal.

The H-shaped, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been designed with the modern family living in mind providing space and flexibility to grow.

The master bedroom enjoys plenty of privacy and luxury in a separate wing complete with an ensuite, walk-in robe, and parents’ retreat/second living room which can be easily converted into any functional room suited to your family's needs.

Space to Unwind
The open-plan living and dining area opens out onto an optional alfresco, providing plenty of options for the whole family to relax or entertain in style.

The kitchen provides a large, functional working space with plenty of storage, including a large walk-in pantry.

Modern façade
The modern façade option features the modern gable roof style, offering timeless character and style as well as raked ceilings throughout, for a spacious, luxurious look and feel.

There is a wide range of low-maintenance cladding options to choose from too, including Colorbond or painted James Hardie fibre cement boards, allowing you to customise your exterior to suit and reduce the time spent on household chores too.

Farmhouse façade

Featuring the always popular traditional gable roofline, the Melaleuca farmhouse façade offers a refreshing version of the Australian farmhouse!

The image shows a combination of Colorbond cladding and painted James Hardie Primeline Weatherboard, along with a feature timber entry door. The gable roofline allows for a cathedral ceiling in the central living area.

Floor Plan and Dimensions
The Melaleuca was created in response to client feedback and is a great alternative to our popular and larger Four Winds design.

With an overall size of 21.6m x 13.2m, The Melaleuca is built on three transportable modules and provides a total of 174.24m2.

The floor plan provides the flexibility of design, with the optional alfresco and verandah, and the ability to convert the Theatre into any functional room suited to your family's needs, whether it be a 4th bedroom or study.
