Evoke Living Homes is a prefab modular home builder specialising in Perth Hills and Country building throughout Western Australia. We have a fully customisable boutique range of homes designed to suit the most demanding of Western Australian conditions and are dedicated to providing a full service, from design concept to manufacturing and final installation.

With a construction facility and Head Office based in Northam, Evoke Living Homes understand the challenges of building in remote locations and on difficult block shapes and slopes.

All Evoke Living Homes are constructed to meet 6 Star energy Ratings, to comply with Bush Fire Attack Levels (B.A.L.), are fully customisable and can also be constructed to meet Cyclonic Ratings.

We view every client as an individual, with individual needs and requirements and offer truly personal service. We build homes that are a reflection of the client, and not simply an “off the shelf” solution to rural living. From fully tailored designs built in as little as 15 Weeks, to working with Local Shire authorities on your behalf, Evoke Living Homes remove the confusion and complexity that is often associated with building a new home.

*For illustration purposes only
*15 week construction time is based on a Modular or site build constructed home, receiving of building licence and commencing construction 4 weeks from building licence.
In addition, 15 weeks is based on delivery of the home only, further works beyond this time may be applicable for connections and construction of Verandas and Carport if applicable.
*Our housing consultants shall discuss further with regard to the construction time frame of a site-built home.
