Email a picture or scanned copy of this form to sales@evokelivinghomes.com.au by 5pm Wednesday 4th September 2019 AND ask Mum or Dad to post a picture of your colouring in to Facebook with @evokelivinghomes tagged in the caption.
One winner will be drawn from age group 2-5 and one will be drawn from age group 6-10.
Terms & Conditions
The promoter is WBS Modular Pty Ltd T/a Evoke Living Homes (ABN 90 162 230 177) of 98 Byfield Street, Northam WA 6401 (“the Promoter”), who is conducting the colouring in competition (“the Promotion”).
By applying to take part in the Promotion, applicants accept these Terms and Conditions.
All times and dates referenced throughout these Terms and Conditions are based on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
Competition opens 9.00am, 28th of August 2019 and competition closes 11.59pm, 4th of September 2019 (“application period”).
To be considered a valid entry;
entrants must have their child colour in this sheet and fill out the requested details in full
a picture or scan of the completed sheet must posted on Facebook with @evokelivinghomes tagged in the comments
One winner will be drawn for each age group; 2-5 and 6-10.
Each of the winners will receive one ACE Cinema voucher valued at $50 via the email that the entry was submitted from.
The winner will be determined by the Evoke Living Homes team by considering creativity, effort and artistic ability.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
