The heart of their home is an expansive open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, complete with raked ceilings and stunning highlight windows that flood the space with natural light. Polished concrete flooring throughout adds a touch of modern sophistication.

The Build Journey of ELH348
Construction for their home, known as ELH348, began in early March and wrapped up by mid-June. This 15-week timeline demonstrates our dedication to efficiency without compromising on quality. Here’s a week-by-week snapshot of the build process:

Week 1: Frames went up, marking the beginning of their home's structure.
Week 2: The pre-stressed concrete floor was ground and polished, setting a sleek foundation.
Week 3: Windows and wall cladding were installed.
Week 5: Tube out and plasterboard installation began.
Week 6: Screeding and the first coat of paint brought the interior to life.
Week 7: Waterproofing and tiling to the wet areas commenced.
Week 8: Cabinets and benchtops were fitted.
Week 10: Doors and hardware were installed.
Week 11: Final in-yard finishes added the last touches.
Week 12: A significant milestone – the two modules were delivered from Northam to Bremer Bay.
Week 15: Practical completion inspection and key handover – the home was officially Chloe and Dylan’s!

Personal Touches
Chloe and Dylan took an active role in their home, even tackling DIY earthworks. Despite welcoming a new baby during the build, they remained fully involved.
