Originally from Canada, Deanna's career has taken her on a unique journey before finding her passion in the building industry. As a classically trained opera singer, she spent years studying and performing music, developing the discipline, creativity, and confidence that continue to shape her professional approach today.
Following her musical training, Deanna worked as both a music teacher throughout Canada and Australia, as well as in hospitality in the beautiful tropical town of Port Douglas. Her experiences have strengthened her commitment to creativity and exceptional customer service, teaching her the importance of building genuine relationships, listening carefully, and creating memorable experiences for every client.
Today, Deanna brings this unique blend of innovation, communication, and customer-focused service to Evoke Living Homes. She loves helping clients feel confident throughout the design process, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and excited as they bring their dream home to life.
As a Sales & Design Consultant, Deanna works closely with clients from their very first enquiry through the early design stages of their new home. She takes the time to understand how each client lives, what they value most, and what they want to achieve, before helping them choose or customise a design that perfectly suits their block, budget, and lifestyle.
One of Deanna’s newest and most exciting projects is incorporating AI-generated imagery and 3D design software into the client experience. These tools allow clients to move beyond traditional two-dimensional floor plans and gain a clearer, more realistic understanding of how their future home could look and feel.
Whether it's answering questions, exploring design ideas, or helping clients visualise their future home, Deanna believes clear communication and genuine support make all the difference.
For Deanna, the most rewarding part of her role is watching clients become excited as their ideas begin to take shape.
Building a home can feel overwhelming, particularly for first-time builders, so she strives to make every step as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, Deanna enjoys making the most of everything Western Australia has to offer. Whether she's exploring new destinations with her partner, discovering local cafés, or spending time with friends, she loves getting out and experiencing the unique lifestyle WA provides.
Music continues to be a big part of her life, and you'll often find her performing at venues and events throughout Perth and Northam. It's a creative outlet that allows her to connect with people and share her passion for music beyond the workplace.
At home, Deanna enjoys spending time with her French Bulldog, Murphy, who is never far from the action and is always ready to join in on an adventure. Whether it's a weekend road trip, a walk, or simply relaxing at home, Murphy is a much-loved part of her life.
